In addition to her medical director roles, she maintains a role as a private practice psychiatrist. Dr. Cochran has experience treating a variety of psychiatric conditions, using a comprehensive team approach with therapy, counseling, pharmacogenomic testing, medication, and neuromodulation (transcranial magnetic stimulation) since 2011.

REBECCA ALLEN, MD, MPH

Dr. Rebecca Mae Allen completed fellowship in Neuropsychiatry and Behavioral Neurology at Harvard Medical School Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 2017.  Since then she has been Director of Neuropsychiatry and Research at Seattle Neuropsychiatric Treatment Center, where she provides TMS, ECT, and esketamine, and is the local PI for two multisite trials.  She is a Board Member, the Treasurer, and a co-chair of the Insurance Committee for the Clinical TMS Society, and is the President-Elect of her local APA chapter.
