Dr. Andrea Carlsen is Medical Director of North Shore TMS. She is board certified in both Adult and Adolescent and Child Psychiatry. She earned her M.D from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. After completing her residency in Adult Psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center, Dr. Carlsen completed a fellowship in Pediatric and Adolescent Psychiatry at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital. Dr. Carlsen is committed to providing an integrative approach to care for her patients. In addition to her certification in functional medicine (ifm.org) and integrative psychiatry, she offers genetic testing which provides information on the best options for medication, supplements, and nutrition. Dr. Carlsen is committed to helping her patients fight depression and reclaim their health.
