Clinical TMS Society Community Education Slide Deck Member User Agreement

Thank you for registering and viewing the Clinical TMS Society (CTMSS) Community Education Slide Deck (referred to as Slide Deck) webinar and for your interest in utilizing the existing Slide Deck to promote further awareness and education of TMS.

As a reminder, you must be in good standing with the Clinical TMS Society to access and utilize the Slide Deck and you must complete the Member Use Agreement below to gain access to the Slide Deck and presentation speaker notes.

I will not forward or make copies of the Slide Deck

All handouts will be printed or forwarded in PDF format only

I intend to use the Slide Deck to market, promote, and educate the public about TMS

I will not send this Slide Deck to other parties without permission from CTMSS

I will not use this Slide Deck for CME credit

I will not share or distribute the Slide Deck with employees of TMS Manufacturers or other private industry partners

I understand that I will need to attend another training for any subsequent versions of the Slide Deck

I agree that I will destroy obsolete or expired copies of the Slide Deck when instructed by CTMSS

For the purposes of tracking use and impact, I agree to report when and where I utilize the Slide Deck so that the Society can record the number of outreach programs offered throughout the world. Please report usage to info@clinicaltmssociety.org
