The Annual Meeting Committee shall plan and host the Society's Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting Committee meets for one hour, on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6pm ET/3pm PT, July through December. It meets bi-weekly on Tuesdays in January and February, and weekly March through June.
