SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Purpose: The Clinical TMS Society (CTMSS) mission is to optimize clinical care and improve awareness of access to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation as a clinical tool. In line with this mission, CTMSS is accepting applications for a complimentary registration to PULSES: A Comprehensive Review of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.

Completed applications will be reviewed, and ten (10) applications will be selected for complimentary registrations. Travel expenses are not included in the scholarship. The scholarship is not transferrable to another course or another person and is not refundable.

Application Deadline: Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 11:59pm (PDT).

All pertinent fields must be completed for eligibility. The committee uses a point system to rank applicants and priority is given to current CTMSS members in training who can prescribe TMS, and those individuals nearest completion of graduate training. You need not be a CTMSS member to apply.

Please explain in 200 words or more why you would like to attend the PULSES Workshop. Applicants will be chosen based on described interest in TMS, accomplishments, community involvement, and qualities that make them diverse or underrepresented as potential practitioners of TMS. Feel welcome to describe the above in your statement.
